Classes are every Tuesday and Wednesday 7pm – 8.15pm.

The next series of classes will run from Tuesday 5 September and Wednesday 6th September 2017.

The classes are most suited to absolute beginners.

If you would like to try yoga, increase your strength and mobility, have more energy and enjoy relaxing – then this class is for you!
